Overview
and Function
If you are missing several or all teeth in either your upper or lower arch, dentures may be an ideal solution to restore both function and appearance. When designed and fitted properly, dentures not only replace missing teeth but also support remaining ones, improve chewing and speech, correct bite alignment, and enhance facial aesthetics. However, not all dentures are created equal—those that are poorly fitted, worn, or made from substandard materials can lead to discomfort, difficulty eating and speaking, and dissatisfaction with appearance. Our goal is to provide comfortable, precisely fitted dentures made with advanced materials and technology, tailored to meet each patient’s unique needs for a natural look and lasting performance.

Conventional
Full Dentures
For patients without any teeth and who do not have sufficient bone to embrace implant-supported dentures, conventional full dentures can provide normal chewing and speech functionality while restoring fullness to the cheeks and lips. The process of creating and fitting a conventional full denture consists of four steps:
01
Impressions
We take precise impressions to accurately map the mouth’s topography. This step is critical to creating dentures that fit precisely and provide maximum stability, retention, and comfort. We use special material to recapture the volume and mobility of the soft tissue to ensure optimum comfort and retention.
02
Bite Registration
In this step, we record the positions of the upper and lower jaws relative to each other and to the eyes, smile, lips, and cheeks. Then, we determine the color and shape of the new teeth. The bite registration directly affects the stability and aesthetics of the denture.
03
Wax Try-In
During this step, we place the selected teeth in wax base plate and try them in the mouth to verify aesthetics and functionality. We adjust the teeth’s position to achieve optimal aesthetics.
04
Delivery and Follow-Up
Once the permanent denture is completed, we check if the fit is comfortable, the bite is correct, and the patient is pleased with the aesthetics. We schedule two to three follow-ups within a few days to ensure comfort and stability.
Partial Dentures
Partial dentures are a solution for patients who are missing several teeth in an arch but are not good candidates for dental implants. There are two types of partial dentures:

01
Metal Base Partial Denture
A metal-base partial denture is stronger and less bulky than alternatives while offering a great fit. This type of partial denture has a metal framework to which high quality denture teeth are attached.

02
Flexible Partial Denture
A flexible partial denture is made from a special material that provides added comfort and a close fit. Although flexible partial dentures are not as strong as metal-base partial dentures, they are more aesthetic.

Hybrid Dentures
Hybrid dentures are the most aesthetic and long-lasting solution for patients who can have implants. Based on the number of implants placed in the jaw, a patient may have the following options:
01
Locator/Ball-Attached Hybrid Denture
This denture works very well on a lower jaw where two implants can provide additional stability.
02
Bar-Supported Hybrid Denture
With this denture, a bar is attached to three or four implants, providing great stability and retention of the upper or lower denture. This denture can be removed for cleaning.
03
Fixed Hybrid Denture
The entire denture is permanently screw-retained on four to six implants. This type of denture has the closest look and feel to natural teeth and can completely restore a patient’s smile. It is designed to be cleaned without having to be removed.
