Boris Kaltchev, DMD
Dr. Kaltchev earned his degree as Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry at Boston University School of Dental Medicine, receiving an award for excellence in removable prosthodontics. Prior to that, he obtained a degree in Stomatology from Sofia Medical University, Bulgaria.
From 1996 to 1999, he was appointed lecturer at Varna Medical University while maintaining a full-time private prosthetic and restorative dentistry practice. He served on the editorial board of the Bulgarian dental journal Quintessence BG, part of the Quintessence Publishing. From 2004 to 2009, he worked with the world-renowned Drs. Mopper and Hartlieb.
Dr. Kaltchev is a general and family dentist focusing on dentures and composite dental bonding. He has extensive training in early orthodontic treatment and facial development in children.
During his free time, Dr. Kaltchev enjoys spending time with his wife, Petya; playing with his sons — Simeon, Konstantine, and Samuel; traveling, and visiting Downtown Chicago. He believes in giving back to the community and is an active member of Willow Creek Community Church.
